The Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre underwent a major redevelopment in 2007 with new tenancies and a new food court which opened just before Christmas.
The new
Bucking Bull store was well received by the local community, with a 50% increase in sales compared to the same time in the previous year.
Store regulars and curious shoppers crowded around the store during its lunchtime peak with rows of customers 5 deep from the counter!
There were no reported lunch time favourites; it seemed the ever tasty Bucking Bull
menu was widely tasted and tested by customers.
Owners Sue and Graham Carrington have been part of the
franchise system for many years now and were extremely satised with the level of support received from the Franchise Support Office towards their store re-launch.
The Carrington’s goals for 2008 are “to perfect and improve the new menu items to increase our customer base”. With an outstanding start to the year, it seems these goals are likely to be met.
