With the help of the Group Office of the Kenny's Cardiology franchise, the network members can swim across all issues in the retail industry. The retail business’ Group Office will assist the franchisee with marketing and advertising, in-store promotions, exclusive product opportunities and plan, and designing of in-store signage.
The gift cards business will offer a week long training session to its franchisees. The training will educate the franchise member on product knowledge and customer service, the two core pats of a business system. Training will cover merchandising and maintaining the store, method of dealing with suppliers and customers, staff selection, banking, record keeping, etc.
Franchisees will be guided by in house and contracted professionals in their regular operation of stores. And a merchandiser from the Kenny’s Cardiology franchisor will visit the store several times a year. The merchandising team will help franchisees with the tools to run an efficient business system. Franchisees will be offered the chance to mingle with fellow franchisees at regular area meetings.
