Howard’s Storage World offers the customer a unique shopping experience through their depth and width of storage solutions combined with measure, quote and installation services that truly make us a one-stop-shop for all storage needs.
For the franchisee we offer a support system second to none. With training and assistance at group office and field level, we keep our franchisee family updated and informed through regularly held meetings, franchisee committees and an annual conference.
What do you see as being the biggest trend happening in your market segment?
With peoples lives becoming busier by the day and their accumulation of possessions on the rise we are finding our customers continually looking to us for help to sort out, clean up and organize their lives, bringing them the latest and cleverest ideas to achieve that.
What is your franchisee success/failure rate and why?
Our franchisees succeed because of the passion, belief and attitude they have in our products and our system. Because we are a specialist in what we do our customers have a loyalty to the quality products and expert service they receive.
On average, how much net profit can one of your franchisees stand to earn per year?
We do not speculate on a potential franchisee’s earnings capability, rather we provide historical trading data and all relevant financial disclosure at the appropriate time in the selection process. As numerous factors are involved and will vary form one store to another (i.e. location, shop size, loan repayments), these all have to be considered in each individual’s business plan.
