Prior to a store opening, franchisees will receive comprehensive training through our Coffee University Training Program. This informative and intensive five-week session covers every aspect of operations including purchasing, merchandising, and product knowledge. As a leading brand we are constantly introducing new and innovative quality products and promotional drinks that are supported by national marketing campaigns, public relations and local marketing.
On average, what is the estimated annual salary of one of your franchisees?
The actual earnings depend on a number of factors including store location, amount of time you work, management skills and economic conditions. Essentially, starting a new business means there are risks. We will attempt to help minimise those risks. Therefore, it is impossible to predict sales levels and earnings.
What kind of criteria does a prospective franchisee require to be a part of your network?
The primary qualifications are financial stability combined with a demonstrated work ethic and desire to succeed. Franchisees must share our passion for great
coffee and superior customer service to join the Gloria Jeans Coffees family.
What are the upfront costs and ongoing franchise fees associated with your franchise?
The all inclusive cost of a franchise ranges between $350,000 to $500,000. This includes store fit-out, equipment, training fees and all other fees and charges. Ongoings are 6 per cent plus 2 per cent for Advertising based on monthly sales excluding GST.
