Fellas Gifts Testimonials - Eastland

We joined Fellas Gifts in September 2005.  Helen, Brian and Rachelle worked very hard in setting up our giftwares franchise and helping us in the initial stages with stock and merchandising.

We look forward every month to the newsletter which enables us to compare how we are going in the Fellas Group and allows us to resource the top products. Fellas Gifts, a men's gifts store is a concept we believe in as it gives us a point of difference to the many other gifts shops in the retail sector.  

Being in a group allows us to communicate with other franchisees via e-mail and phone. This is a fantastic resource as we quickly find new products and suppliers.  

We enjoy meeting other franchisees at gift fairs twice yearly to gain knowledge from them as to how they are developing their stores.  

The Fellas system of coding stock and using Fellas Connect gives us insight in to what other stores are buying.
In the day to day running of our retail franchise store we have found Rachelle’s help to be consistent and professional with many issues including computers or the internet quickly resolved.  

Many aspects of our relationship with Fellas Gifts have been positive and we have developed skills and knowledge from this venture.
