
I first met Brian, the franchisor, over 5 years ago when he was General Manager of another
retail franchise group that I was involved in. I have been impressed with his franchising experience, honesty, and his desire to put the franchisee first to build successful businesses one by one instead of trying to quickly build a
giftwares franchise empire.
The opening of
Fellas Gifts franchise, a store specialising in men's gifts, was extremely smooth thanks to a comprehensive step by step checklist. The opening stock as suggested by the Co-Franchisor Helen at Head Office presented a great range and was well received by our customers. It is comforting to know that at anytime Head Office can provide historical information on sales trends, suppliers and stock and most importantly all negotiated discounts and rebates are passed onto the franchisee directly.
