Fast, fresh and healthy food

Market research reveals that Pure & Natural dessert franchise customers are among the most loyal in the country, with high customer retention despite lots of new players entering the market.

“You get hooked with your first bite and you’ll never go back to eating unhealthily,” says Pure & Natural marketing manager, Brooke McDonagh.

“It really makes a difference when a customer visits our stores. They know that our ingredients are always fresh, healthy and it tastes fantastic. Our franchisees are trained in all aspects of the retail food industry and food safe standards, so you can trust you are getting a high quality product as well as fast, friendly service.”

Pure & Natural is not around for a quick ramp-up of stores to float off the company. According to McDonagh, its intention is to provide a healthy option for its customers on an ongoing basis.

Pure & Natural take away franchise managing director, Sandy Bojczuk, is proud that the company has always delivered all core partners (customers, franchise owners, employees and fresh food suppliers) fast, fresh and 100 percent healthy food for over 20 years.

“As one of Australia’s first franchisors it’s a real credit that we have stuck to our core promises and have not been bent. It’s fast, fresh, 100 percent healthy food, low fat, low sugar, real fruit, real product, no preservatives, no additives, no artificial ingredients and low calorie – balanced.

“Pure & Natural’s core promises are vital to customers and I am very proud that we have what I think is the best product in the world, with exclusive recipes and supply lines. Businesses are coming from all over the world to have a look at what we have,” she says.
