An average size centre costs around $50,000. This figure will depend on the current size of the centre or territory and you should discuss this with our Sales Manager.

Who selects the location of my centre?

You can select the actual site within your territory in consultation with head office.

What are the criteria for choosing a site?

KMEC suggests that you select a location that is in a high traffic area close to a school or shopping centre.

What is the ideal size for a centre?

100 to 120SQM

What centre design assistance do I receive?

You will receive a fitout pack, which details carpet, paint colours, signage and furniture requirements.

What is the length of my education and training franchise agreement?

Six years.

Can I own more than one centre?

Yes, but we recommend you begin with one education franchise centre.

What experience do I need to operate a Kip McGrath Education Centre tutoring franchise?

You will need formal teaching qualifications and experience.

Does Kip McGrath require franchisees to be actively involved in operating the centre?

Yes.  

What hours will the centre need to be open?

Recommended tuition hours are 3:00pm till 7:30pm. Saturdays are optional.
