THE West Coast Eagles and radio 92.9’s roadrunners will join in the chicken fun at a ‘$3 day’ Coogee
CHOOKS fresh & tasty franchisee Anthony Taranto will hold on Saturday August 9.
Anthony who is a Coogee resident said his CHOOKS
chicken franchise store had been successful since its opening in December 2007 and he wanted to give back to the community that had supported him.
“Coogee CHOOKS has been running successfully for the past six months and it’s all thanks to the local community,” he said.
“Since the store opened I have made a point of being community focused – we employ approximately 15 local team members and support various local businesses and clubs, but we wanted to give something extra back to the community to say thank you for their support.
“That’s why on August 9 we will be holding a ‘$3 day’ where all Bacon Burgers, Chicken Rolls, 1 Piece Fried Chicken and Chips, 4 Nuggets and Chips and Large Chips will be only $3.
“We know our community is quite passionate about their footy so we have also invited some of the West Coast Eagles players to sign autographs between 12.30 and 1.30 pm on the day.
“The 92.9 roadrunners will also make an appearance between 12.15 and 1.15 pm to hand out some free goodies; plus we are putting on free face painting for the kids between 12 noon and 2.00 pm.”
In the lead-up to the Coogee CHOOKS ‘$3 day’ Anthony said customers would also have the chance to go into the draw to win Eagles memorabilia.
“When Coogee store customers spend over $10 in-store they can enter the draw to win a 2008 Eagles team picture, signed Eagles six picture frame and an Eagles jersey. The competition winner will be drawn on August 9.
“I am also holding a similar competition at my Yangebup store where customers will also need to spend $10 or more in-store to enter the draw to win a 2008 Eagles team picture and a six picture frame.”
Locals can join in the chicken fun on Saturday August 9 by heading over to Coogee CHOOKS fresh & tasty
food and beverage franchise which is located at Shop 5 Coogee Plaza, 237 Hamilton Road.
Anthony’s Yangebup store is situated at 322B Yangebup Road. Both stores are open seven days a week.
