The Domino’s franchise fee for your first store is $50,000 plus GST and covers the right to use the brand name, Domino’s franchise systems and recipes, as well as your comprehensive training program. Also, you are expected to cover the pizza franchise store build cost which can range from $290,000 to $360,000 plus GST. Of course, these prices are estimates only and individual circumstances will need to be taken into consideration before building of your fast food franchise commences.

If you decide to become a Domino’s franchisee, you submit your application and confidentiality agreement, with the supporting documents. After this, the Domino’s franchise issues disclosure documentation and there is a meeting between yourself and the Domino’s franchise. The prospective pizza franchisee is then invited to spend one day in a Domino’s franchise, to gain an appreciation of what it is like in a fast food franchise. A mutual agreement of the prospective fast food franchisee’s territory is settled upon and then your business plan is submitted to the Domino’s franchise. When the bank or financial institution approves finance, the Domino’s franchise fee is paid, training commences and then the countdown to the Domino’s franchise opening begins.
