David Reid Showhomes

“Display Homes” are generally one of many and designed to be built repetitively. But a unique designed & built David Reid SHOWHOME© is just that: ‘unique’.

Each David Reid SHOWHOME© is individually designed to suit the land, the environment & the investor. It is a palate of our quality and craftsmanship. Each SHOWHOME© provides a tantalising taste of what can be achieved through design and various uses of a variety of materials that produce the quality finish for which David Reid Homes are known.

Each visitor is welcomed into our homes via the front door and can view the home leisurely. There is no gating or fencing to corral you through the garage and run the sales gauntlet!

We also take great pride in our honesty in giving true pricing of each and every SHOWHOME©. We include everything that makes up your home in our pricing including landscaping, pools and driveways. That is why we can give you a fixed price contract with no hidden extras.

At David Reid Homes there is no starting from price. From experience when a prospective client asks ‘How much?’ what they are trying to ascertain is whether they can get the SHOWHOME© standard of finish and design for their budget. At David Reid Homes we aren’t price driven - we are about tailoring each home to suit the unique footprint of your block of land, how you live in your home, what you want in your home and what your budget is.

Our SHOWHOMES© are there to show you what David Reid Homes can do for you! They show you what level of design, quality, finish and standard we build our homes to. We don’t mass produce our homes, therefore each and every David Reid Home and SHOWHOME© you see is individually designed with you & your budget in mind.

David Reid Homes has proudly built two SHOWHOMES© on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Both are highly acclaimed multi-award winners where design and construction is recognised.
