What are your franchise’s goals for 2007?  
- To continue our strong growth. With 150 studios under development we are well on track for our strategic goal of securing 300 studios in the first three years. Continue to work with our franchise owners to build brand awareness and market share.
- Improve the profitability of each studio by introducing new high margin product lines.  

What are the significant achievements your franchise has celebrated in the last 6 months?
- Securing our 100th and then 150th studio sales. We also opened our 75th studio.
- Based on current growth, the group will be poised to generate revenues in 2006/7 of over $25million with a net profit projection of between $5million and $10million.  

What are the top three attributes you are seeking in a franchise owner?
- Sales and marketing experience
- Business acumen/financial expertise
- Openness to continual learning and improvement. 

What stands this franchise apart from its competitors?
Extensive Australian based training and support systems and superior equipment. We utilise weight bearing equipment rather than the hydraulic equipment used by all other players in our market. As a result our members enjoy a more effective workout and achieve their goals in a shorter period.  

What is the average revenue/profit your franchise owners are currently earning per annum?
It is difficult to ascertain as most studios haven’t been open for a full financial year. However, of those that have, the average revenue would be approximately $250K per annum on a net profit in excess of $100K.
