Coffee Club franchisee wins award

Proving that high standards and profes­sionalism pay off, Carolyn McManus, The Coffee Club's Stockland Townsville fran­chisee has beaten more than 150 outlets to be named The Coffee Club's Franchisee of the Year for 2007, despite being in busi­ness for just one year.

"I am really blessed to have so many fantastic staff – they made this award possible," McManus said. "Our hard working team led by our very professional manager, Nikola Paget, pride themselves on having a strong customer focus." McManus receives a trophy as well as a trip for two to Holland to visit coffee supplier Douwe Egberts and her team wins a party to the value of $2000.
