Clark Rubber franchise Townsville has relocated to bigger premises at the Domain Central Centre.
The opportunity to showcase more stock and provide fully air-conditioned shopping for customers were the key reasons behind the relocation, according to retail rubber franchise owner Warren Burke.
Warren said the new 1000 square metre store would offer a more modern shopping experience for Clark Rubber franchise customers.
“Our previous location at Ingham Rd was significantly smaller than our new Domain Central location – 330 square metres in fact,” Warren said.
“As a result of the relocation, our stock range will increase significantly, while merchandising and store layout will improve also.”
The Clark Rubber franchise has become synonymous with Townsville, being a member of the local retail business community for more than 20 years.
“We continue to outgrow our stores, which is testament to the growth of Townsville and the loyalty the local community shows to Clark Rubber,” Warren said.
Warren said there would be plenty of activity surrounding the ‘Grand Opening’ of the new store on November 24.
“We’ll have giveaways, door prizes and a number of storewide specials to celebrate the opening,” Warren said.
Clark Rubber Townsville is a family-owned store, Warren ably supported by his wife Leann, sons Kristopher, aged 13, and Matthew, 11, and daughter Kayla, 10.
