With the opening of the Ipswich and Woodridge franchises, Jumping J-Jays has ended 2006 with an amazing final tally of 27 new franchises. Additionally, Queensland now has the 3rd largest number of franchises for the company, but was the slowest in the initial uptake of the award-winning
Jumping J-Jays franchise system.
In January 2005, the
bouncy castles franchise relocated its head office from Sydney to Brisbane, to drive growth in the Brisbane market, which appears to have worked. “We discovered that many Queenslanders were reluctant to work on weekends, which posed a huge challenge in the sale of a weekend-based business” says John Watt, National Franchise Manager.
“To develop the Brisbane market, of which we saw huge potential, we established company-operated territories across Brisbane to drive sales and prove the system could work here”. Additionally, Brisbane’s population growth and increased cost of living lifted demand for additional income streams and resulted in growing interest in our franchises.
As a result of this push, new Brisbane franchisees would benefit from not only an award-winning franchise system, but the added benefit of having an already established presence in their territories. The new Ipswich and Woodridge franchisees gained immediate bookings from their very first day of business.
“We expect that our new Brisbane franchises will achieve sales of well over 100K each year with no shop rent, no debtors, no working capital and, best of all, no major staffing head aches“. We also offer an $85,000 turnover guarantee in their first year and a marketing package that is sure to drive their business further.
