The Bean Bar franchise, with the assistance of Action International Business Coaching, has launched a business coaching program for its franchisees.
Bean Bar CEO, Ben Hall, is a graduate of Action International’s Brad Sugars’ Entrepreneur’s Training Program, and as such he says it was a natural progression for coaching to become a key component of the Bean Bar support system.
“I know first-hand how much my business coach developed my business and I did not want my franchisees to miss out on that,” Hall says. “Action International has coaches in every city, and with fortnightly meetings with their coaches, all our franchisees’ needs our now being met.
“We are great at making coffee, and other franchises are good at making their products, but supporting franchisees is a whole different proposition. Anything less than fortnightly meetings with franchisees is just not acceptable in this day and age. Coaches fill the gaps that a franchisor can miss and in franchising you cannot afford to miss anything. I have always believed that if we combined the best coffee with the best coaches, all our franchisees would be winners.”
The coffee franchise has fixed monthly fees, online operation systems and with a tailored business coaching support package, Hall is in no doubt that the franchise is set to become Adelaide’s latest franchise success story.
