Robert Toth is an Accredited Business Law Specialist, a member of the International Franchise Lawyers Association (IFLA), a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and member of the FCA, with 25 years experience in establishing and advising franchisors and franchisees.

Adam Rich is an experienced commercial lawyer with a particular focus on transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses, conducting due diligence investigations on behalf of prospective purchasers and acted for a number of Franchisor systems and advising Franchisees.

Martin Algie has joined our firm as Special Counsel having acted for major corporate clients in a leading international law firm providing advice to medium and large corporations, such as Suzuki Australia, in relation to their franchising, licensing and distribution arrangements.

Martin brings with him considerable legal and commercial experience and regularly presents seminars and papers with a particular expertise in Trade Practices issues, conducts in house compliance programs for companies ensuring compliance with the Trade Practices Act, Fair Trading Act and other regulatory requirements.

They are supported by a talented, enthusiastic and dynamic team of Solicitors. We work together to ensure clients gain the benefit of a team approach to their legal needs.

Robert Toth has had extensive experience not only as a commercial lawyer but also having worked in the retail industry with the Teds™ Camera Store Group prior to his legal career. Robert and the Franchise team act for a number of well respected established Franchise brands and up and coming new Franchise brands.

Together with our enthusiastic and high calibre legal team we can provide practical and business orientated advice.

We understand how business works, its needs and the risks. Our wealth of knowledge and experience in our Franchising team enables us to offer clients practical commercial advice and solutions with a network of Franchise consultants (such as accountants, franchise support, site selection and franchisee recruitment services all experienced in the industry) to assist Franchisors develop a successful business model.
