SuperFurn is an international furniture group with 3 large factories in China and retail outlets across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK.

As part of the international expansion, a WA master licensee has been appointed and 12 stores will open across Perth in the next 3 years, with 8 within the next 2 years.

The stores will be very different to existing Perth furniture retailers, will be exciting, will be 600-800m2 offering a range of contemporary furniture at extremely competitive prices. They will be heavily promoted to create brand awareness and the excellent product offer. The products will include lounge, dining, bedroom, office, occasional and accessories.

The stores will be licensed ( in the same vein as franchising ) operating under the guidelines set by the company whilst being run as your own business.

The capital outlay to become a licensee is around $200,000 which includes all set up costs and stock, including heavy advertising for the store opening. The company model is aimed at those who want their own business whilst working under the umbrella of a company who will provide ready access in Perth for the product, strong advertising, and the professional support from highly experienced senior retailers required to make each furniture franchise store successful.

It is expected that a husband / wife team as owner operators would have a remuneration package of around $150K pa.

The successful licensees will not necessarily have experience in furniture as product training will be provided, however will have a strong customer service and sales ethic within a retail background.
