The Open2View Real Estate online franchise has exceeded its own expectations, by selling all of its Australian Master Franchises, just over 12 months after expanding into the Australian market. The final Australian State Master Franchisor has been signed, completing the first phase of the company’s expansion into Australia. In late 2004 the company built on its New Zealand success by launching open2view.com.au and securing State Franchisors for Queensland and NSW closely followed by South Australia and Western Australia and finally Victoria.
