Mobile Filtration Services provides an on - site cooking oil filtration and purification service to commercial kitchens and food outlets which use deep fryers, through a network of Franchisees and Company operations.
Mobile Filtration Services has a proven
purification process, and a successful business model. For a number of
years we have adhered to a rigid program of sampling filtered cooking oil from
all of our franchisees, and had the samples tested by several different
laboratories. Mobile Filtration Services reduces
risk in the workplace, reduces labour costs and reduces kitchen expenditure on
oils due to extension of oil life. Test measurements continually show purity
levels of > 99.9%, an achievement not possible with other systems. This means
that all suspended solids, or fine impurities which would normally be left in
oils to burn, are removed by our process.
We are an Australian company with Australian
technology and manufactured equipment. Our franchisees become a part of
the customers' business through good management of their deep fryers. It is a
'repeat' business, and generally word of mouth provides growth.
