About Fruition Tuition
With Fruition you are not alone, but part of a highly professional and motivated business Team. This Team, the proven systems and the ongoing training, support and service provided by Fruition, give you a solid platform upon which to build a successful business.
Having built an excellent model with effective
business management and operational systems over the past twelve years, it is
time to share our success with others. We are looking for motivated and
dedicated individuals who are interested in joining our tuition Franchise Team and
forging a strong brand and market share Australia wide.
Fruition caters for all learners from pre-school, through primary and high
school, to adult learners. We provide individually tailored learning programs
that cater for a wide variety of learning needs including Learning Difficulties,
ADD, ADHD, Visual and Auditory Processing Difficulties, Visual Spatial and
Sequencing Memory issues, extension and challenge, for perfectionist and anxious
learners.
Fruition also works with Construction Workers through our association with
Construction Skills Queensland and the Builders’ Workers Unions who fund
learning programs for workers in the Construction Industry throughout
Queensland.
Recently Fruition has implemented Fruition@home whereby learners with
disabilities and/or learners who live outside the Brisbane metropolitan areas
can access our learning programs over the net provided they have a computer with
email access.
Training and Support
Fruition is committed to learning – learning personally, professionally and
corporately. We provide effective initial training including a three day
Essentials Pack and a five day Intensive Training Program. We have many ways to
provide ongoing support including Training DVD’s and the systems’ folder online
in the Members Section of the Website. All our systems and processes,
philosophies and practices have been clearly documented and articulated so that
being successful is as simple as humbly following the proven steps.

Our Team is made up of passionate and enthusiastic people, who are precise,
innovative, insightful and energetic. Each Team member has excellent
communication, administrative and organisational skills. Selfconfident and
autonomous, each member of our Team is a good learner - quick to gain skills and
embracing of change. Goal oriented, positive, directed and hard working people
