FiltaFry offers kitchen management solutions to major catering companies,
restaurants and hotels. The services (income streams) include:
- Micro filtration of cooking oil
- Cleaning of deep fryers
- Calibration of deep fryers
- Removal of waste oil
- Supply of premium cooking oils
- Cleaning of range hood filters
- Decarbonising of kitchen equipment
The Effort Required:
1. The on-site deep fryer service takes about 20 minutes per fryer. Simply turn
on the machine using the high temperature lance, empty the oil into the machine
for automatic filtering. Then a quick clean of the fryer, return the filtered
oil and you ready to move on to the next job.
2. The cleaning of dirty range-hood filters is simple and only takes around 5 to
10 minutes per job.
3. The decarbonising of kitchen equipment is taken off site and placed into your
cleaning system and returned clean to the customer the following day.
Working hours - It's a life style choice but typically an average franchisee
would need to work a 5 days week, Monday to Friday around 8 hours per day.
