Site Selection
Once the board at Crema Espresso has approved a site, we negotiate directly
with the landlord to secure the best deal for our franchisees. Then a sublease
or licence is drawn between Crema Espresso and the franchisee to reflect the
same conditions as the head lease.
Crema Espresso has a comprehensive site and territory selection procedure which
is designed not only to show case our premium product, but to give each site the
ability to reach full brand potential, and be very successful.

Licence Fee
A licence fee of 7% of sales is remitted weekly, with a 2% national advertising
