What CTC is looking for in a restaurant franchisee:-
- Energetic and customer focussed.
- Willing to be trained and adopt all CTC systems in order for your food
franchise to succeed.
- Previous food handling experience not essential. Chefs are not required in
the CTC system.
- Reasonable business acumen with computer literacy, is desired.
