Most existing and all new Cookie Man outlets serve Cappuccino coffee and cold drinks. Our preference is to also have a small number of tables, chairs and stools for coffee customers.
COOKIE MAN has licensed cookie operations in many countries around the world including China, Greece, South Korea, Norway, Israel, Chile, South Africa, Mexico, Egypt, Bahrain etc., together with a joint venture operation in India.
Ongoing marketing and technical services are provided.
Limited floor space is required for a COOKIE MAN outlet, often resulting in lower rentals.

The operational formula for a Cookie Man franchisee is quite simple to follow as Cookie Man supplies all saleable products and provides the initial training and expertise required to prepare and merchandise the products. By way of explanation, the fresh baked cookies are made from frozen doughs which are prepared and shipped to the outlet from our central supply facility in Sydney. Doughs are thawed as required and then baked on the cookie oven which forms the central focal point of each retail Cookie Man outlet. Each dough has its own baking settings and the oven is simple to operate and easy to maintain. Gourmet style cookies come frozen and pre-formed and are also easily baked on the oven.
Chocolate cookies, brownies, fudge, slices and other food related consumables all come ready to serve.

Hot and cold drinks such as coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soft drinks and mineral water compliment the Cookie Man product range. This gives the opportunity to build relationships with customers as well as offering a welcome destination where people know that they can enjoy a fresh cookie with their hot beverage at a very competitive price.
Given that everything you need to run a Cookie Man shop is coming from one central commissary (with the exception of Coca Cola ® products) you only need deal with one principle creditor. This makes accounting very easy and quick so your finances are easy to manage.
Please note that Cookie Man does not charge an ongoing service fee, royalty or advertising levy. Apart from product support, Cookie Man also provides marketing programs.
Cookie Man management have a rolling series of promotions for each calendar year culminating in the Christmas Season shopping frenzy where many retail outlets will take some 20 to 40% of the outlets total yearly sales. These promotions are organised by head office and all product and promotional material is supplied in packaged form along with detailed pricing, merchandising and promotional instructions.
Shops are also encouraged to develop local centre marketing plans in conjunction with the shopping centre marketing management. In addition to initial and follow-up training provided by our team of technical personnel we are always on hand to assist Cookie Man shop operators with a range of advice from maintenance and baking procedures to merchandising and public relations.
