SITE SELECTION
Beard Papa has an experienced and creative development team. Our team has strong
relationships with major retail property management Companies and developers,
enabling negotiation of prime retail sites.
Our development team:
- Designs each store
- Manages the construction program
- Supervises the fitout of each store

COMMUNICATION
The Beard Papa Operations team has extensive experience and you are
provided with regular contact from store consultants. Our consultants provide
franchisees with advice on:
- Business Planning

- New product implementation

- Local store marketing
INITIAL & ONGOING TRAINING & BUSINESS ADVICE
Beard Papa is committed to providing extensive initial and ongoing
training to franchisees.
All franchisees will go through a training program, which consists of a 2 week
in-store training (at the head training store in each state) and then 3 days
intensive training in the franchisees store prior to opening.
Ongoing training and advice is provided to franchisees through regular visits by
the Area Manager.
STRONG BRAND MARKETING & GROUP ADVERTISING
Beard Papa own marketing department creates and implements marketing and
promotional materials. We develop annual marketing plans to focus on, and
promote our core brand values which include:

Our marketing initiatives are designed to build sales and increase our brand
recognition. We communicate regularly with franchisees regarding in-store
initiatives. Each Beard Papa franchise is encouraged to build its own
local marketing initiatives with the assistance of our marketing team and a
local store marketing plan.
