Marketing
The marketing fund will be independently audited and the franchisee contributions will only be spent on local advertising/marketing programs as agreed between Alpha-H and the franchisee. An Alpha-H operations manager will meet with the franchisee on a quarterly basis to discuss, agree and implement a local advertising/marketing program for the following quarter.
Included in the Alpha-H franchise fee is an allowance for a pre-opening marketing campaign. Typically the campaign will include local area distribution of flyers, local print media advertising and other localized promotional activities.
Local advertising/marketing initiatives might include:
- Letterbox drops
- Local print media advertising
- SMS and/or email promotions
- Local radio advertising
- Local sponsorships
- Opening function
Franchises will also receive the benefit of ongoing Alpha-H corporate advertising, promotions and sponsorships which are designed specifically to increase brand awareness. Franchise locations and contact details will be displayed on a dedicated link through the Alpha-H website.
The Next Step
You don’t have to be a qualified beauty therapist to become an Alpha-H franchisee. You don’t even need to have industry experience.
In order to qualify as an Alpha-H franchisee you will however need to satisfy the following criteria:
- Demonstrable business management skills
- Previous retail selling experience (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional staff management skills
- Sound financial position
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to be self-employed
